The Feending Method

A model for running professional communities in five blocks that repeat as a wheel: Ideation, Communication, Engagement, Monetisation and Analysis. Each full turn leaves the community better than the last.

In the module's order: first the pillar that sums up the wheel, then the five blocks, one to five. Each guide ends by linking to the next, and the last one returns to the start.

Three to six months on a first turn: launch, run a quarter of engagement and have enough data to analyse and adjust. Later turns are faster because the base is already there.

The five blocks work with any tool, but the Analysis block requires activity to be recorded in one place. With scattered channels you can ideate, communicate and engage; measure, you cannot.
