Cookie policy

We use essential storage to remember your preferences and, only if you accept it, analytics tools to improve feending.com.

1. General

Within the framework of the privacy policy, access to this Website may involve the use of cookies. Cookies are small amounts of information stored in the browser used by each User — across the various devices they may browse from — so that the server remembers certain information that will later be read only by the server that set it. The purpose of cookies is to make browsing easier and to gather information about the user during their visit to the Website, in order to recognise them as a User and personalise their experience and use of it. They can also, for example, help identify and resolve errors.

The information gathered through cookies may include the date and time of visits to the Website, the pages viewed, how long the User spent on the Website and the sites visited immediately before and after it. However, no cookie allows the User to be contacted by telephone or by any other personal means. No cookie can extract information from the User's hard drive or steal personal information. The only way for the User's private information to become part of the Cookie file is for the user to give that information to the server themselves.

Cookies that make it possible to identify a person are considered personal data. The Privacy Policy described above therefore applies to them. In this respect, the User's consent is required for their use. That consent will be communicated on the basis of a genuine choice, given through an affirmative and positive decision, before any initial processing, and it will be revocable and documented.

2. First-party cookies

Feending uses strictly necessary first-party storage to remember the User's language and analytics choice. These preferences are not used to build profiles or measure behaviour and do not require consent.

If you would like more information about the cookie policy, you can contact Feending at contacto@feending.com.

3. Third-party cookies and analytics

Feending may use Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar to obtain access statistics and analyse how the User interacts with the Website. None of these providers is loaded before the User expressly accepts analytics.

The information obtained relates, for example, to the number of pages visited, the language, the location of the IP address the User connects from, the number of Users who visit, the frequency and repetition of visits, the length of the visit, the browser they use, and the operator or type of device the visit is made from. This information is used to improve the Website and to detect new needs, so as to offer Users Content and/or a service of the highest quality. In all cases the information is collected anonymously and Website trend reports are produced without identifying individual users.

Active providers are managed through Feending's configuration. Their technologies, cookie names and retention periods may vary with the current configuration and are described in their official policies.

Detailed, up-to-date information for each provider is available through the links below.

The entity or entities responsible for supplying cookies may pass this information on to third parties, provided that the law requires it or that a third party processes this information on those entities' behalf.

The User can accept or reject analytics with equal ease and later revoke that choice through “Cookie preferences”, available in the footer of every page.

  • Microsoft Clarity: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
  • Hotjar: https://www.hotjar.com/legal/policies/privacy/

4. Social network cookies

Feending displays simple links to its social profiles and does not load social plugins within the Website. When following one of those links, the User leaves feending.com and becomes subject to the relevant network's policy:

  • Instagram: https://help.instagram.com/1896641480634370?ref=ig
  • YouTube: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=es-419&gl=mx
  • LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy?trk=hp-cookies

5. Disabling, refusing and deleting cookies

The User can reject or revoke analytics through “Cookie preferences” without losing any Website feature. Cookies can also be deleted through browser settings, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

6. Updates to the cookie policy

When purposes or providers change, Feending will update this policy and its consent version. The User will then be asked to choose again before analytics is loaded.
