Feending, the intelligent software for managing and energizing professional communities, continues to evolve to help organizations be more automated, more connected, and more engaged.
After months of work and validation, the Valencian startup presents a range of new features with a clear protagonist: its own artificial intelligence, developed to optimize the management, interaction, and growth of digital communities.
Main new features launched:
🔹 New metrics panel
A completely redesigned interface that enhances the visual experience, better organizes information, and highlights what is truly important. You can now access key indicators on community activity, engagement levels, match quality, and overall evolution, all presented clearly, visually, and customizable.
🔹 Automated reports with AI
Feending now generates intelligent monthly reports that automatically analyze the behavior of your community: from the general activity of members to the impact of events, publications, and internal dynamics.
These reports not only collect data but also extract key conclusions to help you make strategic decisions quickly. The AI detects patterns, identifies critical improvement points, highlights which actions are working, and suggests concrete initiatives to increase engagement, retention, and active participation.
In summary: less time on manual analysis, more focus on leading the growth of your community with real intelligence.
🔹 Public API
We launched the public API of Feending, along with a system of customizable Webhooks.
This means that you can now connect Feending with your own tools, such as your CRM, HR system, database, automation tools, or external dashboards.
What can be done? From automatically receiving information about new registrations or events, to updating profiles, launching communications, or even automating internal processes.
And all of this with a simple, secure, and documented configuration. It is a key step to integrate Feending into your community's digital ecosystem.
🔹 The DISC profile is a model that classifies people's behavior into four styles:
D: Dominance
I: Influence
S: Stability
C: Compliance
In Feending, we use this model to understand how community members act. It is part of the psychographic profile of each user and contributes to the matching algorithm that connects people. As a novelty, now managers have access to each user's DISC profile, although this information is only visible to them. What does the DISC profile offer the manager?

At the individual level: Better personal understanding, more human segmentation, more effective connections, identification of key profiles.
At the collective level (community): Reading group climate, more effective communication, balance in teams, informed decision-making. In summary, the DISC profile provides the manager with an emotional and behavioral map of their community. It is not about categorizing but about better understanding people to activate, care for, and develop the network. It also allows for segmenting, customizing interactions and improving key dynamics such as icebreakers or the matching system.
🔹 Intelligent chatbot
A new virtual assistant with a human face and voice based on AI that accompanies users within the platform, answers questions in real time, and helps energize less active profiles by generating conversations and personalized recommendations.
What can these assistants do?
Guide new members in their onboarding
Help complete the profile step by step
Explain key features such as events or matches
Activate participation from the Feed
And of course, offer immediate support 24/7 with a personalized tone
These chatbots do not just answer: they converse, connect, energize.
And the best part: they are trained with the real knowledge of your community and can have different personalities depending on the space where they operate.
A step further towards lively, automated, and more human communities.
With this new view, making data-driven decisions is faster, more intuitive, and strategic.
