Centralizing information and professionalizing management to scale your Alumni community with a clear and structured vision

The Cátedra de Cultura Empresarial is an initiative of the Universitat de València aimed at promoting entrepreneurial spirit and bridging the academic world with the business environment. Through training, events, content, and activities, it drives the professional development of students and maintains the bond with its Alumni community, connecting them with companies, professionals, and real opportunities in the business ecosystem.
1. Dispersed and Difficult-to-Manage Information
Alumni data was spread across multiple tools: forms, spreadsheets, newsletters, and independent platforms, making it difficult to find and segment the information.
2. Lack of a Unified Database
There was no centralized system that allowed for a clear view of the community or working with structured data.
3. Excessive Manual Work and Duplications
Daily management involved reviewing multiple spreadsheets and tools, resulting in wasted time, errors, and duplication of information.
4. Lack of Traceability and Strategic Vision
It was difficult to measure participation, identify active profiles, or make decisions based on real data.
5. Need to Scale the Community
The rapid growth in the number of alumni made it essential to professionalize management in order to continue growing in an orderly manner.
"For the first time we have all the information in one place, with community structure and logic, not just a database.
We have transitioned from reactive and operational management to strategic and data-driven management. Now we can plan more accurately and measure real results."
