About LQDVI
The Lo Que De Verdad Importa Foundation is a Spanish organisation that sets out to spread universal human values — respect, solidarity, tolerance and perseverance — especially among young people, through conferences, inspiring first-hand stories and activities that invite reflection on what really matters in life.
The Challenge
The Lo Que De Verdad Importa Foundation needed a web platform to help them run their community efficiently and fix the limitations of their previous solution.
The platform they were using made organising events and managing mentoring harder, and got in the way of accessibility for both participants and mentors.
On top of that, the community's growth was starting to be held back by an unintuitive experience and recurring operational problems.
For BIG it was key to have a tool that not only worked, but had a close, proactive team behind it, able to support them in solving day-to-day problems.

After getting to know Feending through a partnership, LQDVI decided to move to a new kind of web platform that answered their real needs.
