The Foundation Lo que de Verdad Importa is a Spanish organization that seeks to spread universal human values —such as respect, solidarity, tolerance, and self-improvement— especially among young people, through congresses, inspiring testimonies, and activities that invite reflection on what truly matters in life.
The Challenge
The Foundation Lo que de Verdad Importa needed a web platform that would help them manage their community efficiently and address the limitations they faced with their previous solution.
The platform they were using did not facilitate event organization or mentorship management, and it hindered accessibility for both participants and mentors.
Moreover, the growth of the community was starting to be hindered by a not very intuitive experience and recurring operational problems.
For BIG, it was crucial to have a tool that not only worked but also had a close, proactive team behind it capable of supporting them in daily problem-solving.
The Solution
After getting to know Feending through a collaborative alliance, LQDVI decided to bet on a new web platform model that would respond to its real needs.
