About Levante UD

Levante UD is one of the longest-standing sports organisations in the Valencian Community, with over a century of history in professional football. Beyond competing, the club runs a substantial business operation through its Business Club, a space designed to connect organisations, generate business opportunities and strengthen relationships between companies from different sectors.

The community is made up of close to 400 companies that take an active part in events, networking meet-ups and activities run by the club. The goal is to create an environment where companies can share experiences, build new professional connections and generate valuable synergies.

The Challenge

1. Manual management with little automation

The Business Club was run manually through Excel, which made day-to-day control and organising the information difficult.

2. Errors when moving data around

Information moved between different sheets and processes, which increased the risk of errors and duplicates.

3. Too much time spent on operational tasks

Keeping the community under control took constant dedication from the team, especially when tracking attendees and events.

4. Lack of agility in event management

Coordinating the companies' participation and knowing who attended each event was a slow, inefficient process.

5. A need to professionalise the community

The growth of the Business Club made it necessary to have a more orderly, scalable solution, ready to keep delivering value to members.

The Solution

1. Management centralised on a single platform

Levante UD brought in Feending to unify how the Business Club is run and keep all the information in a single environment.

2. Automation of key processes

The platform made it possible to cut manual work and speed up tasks that used to be done repetitively.

3. Better control of events and attendees

One of the biggest benefits was being able to manage who attends each event far more precisely.

4. More organisation, networking and participation

Feending helped improve the community's experience, enabling more professional management and encouraging greater participation from member companies.

Results

"We went from manual, repetitive management to a much smoother, more orderly and more efficient way of running events."

  • More participation from member companies in the club's activities.

  • Greater control over event attendance.

  • More effective and professional management of the whole community.

  • Fewer errors in management and in moving information around.

  • Less operational load for the team running the club.

"Digitalising our community has been a turning point. Today we work with more control, fewer errors and a much better experience for the companies that are part of the club."
